It means we use premium materials, solid printing techniques, and stand behind every piece we put out. If a product doesn’t hold up under reasonable conditions, we’ll work with you to fix it.

What’s considered a product’s lifetime?
Garments don’t last forever—but they should last a good while with proper care. We use methods like screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and sublimation, all of which have their own care needs.

We recommend:

Hand washing when possible

If machine washing: turn inside out, use cold water, and hang dry

Proper care helps your piece last longer.

What’s not covered?

Items from final sales, sample sales, or secondhand resellers

Damage from dry cleaning, improper care, or unauthorized alterations

Excessive or abnormal wear and tear (evaluated at our discretion)
